2025 Players Championship leaderboard: Live updates, golf scores, full coverage Sunday at TPC Sawgrass

Weather will impact the final round of the 2025 Players Championship, which has moved up tee times Sunday while having golfers play in threesomes off the front and back nine simultaneously to ensure the final 18 holes are completed before the early evening. That may be a bit hellacious for the players, but it’s particularly welcome news for college basketball fans who are anticipating Selection Sunday, which usually begins just as The Players concludes.

How it will affect 54-hole leader J.J. Spaun and those chasing him remains to be seen. The 34-year-old is seeking his second career PGA Tour victory — first in three years — in what would be the most significant win (and payday) of his career. In order to achieve that goal, he will need to fend off a chasing pack that includes the likes of Lucas Glover, Corey Conners, Rory McIlroy, Akshay Bhatia, Patrick Cantlay and Sepp Straka — all of whom are within five shots of Spaun.
