We’re halfway through matchday two of Champions League play and it brought the goals and some standout defensive performances. In the biggest matchup of the day, Arsenal flexed their defense in a 2-0 victory over PSG to join Inter and Bayer Leverkusen as the only UCL sides to not concede a goal yet. Expected favorites like Manchester City, Inter, and Barcelona took care of business scoring four or more goals each but the biggest performance came from Germany. Borussia Dortmund rode five first-half goals and a Karim Adeyemi hat trick to a 7-1 victory over Celtic.
Meanwhile, in rounding things out, Brest are enjoying their inaugural Champions League voyage with a 4-0 victory over RB Salzburg to get to six points already.
