Justin Herbert estimated as limited practice participant

Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert was estimated as a limited participant in Monday’s practice.

The good news, though, is he no longer is listed with a left thigh contusion. Herbert has only a left ankle injury on the report.

Herbert missed last Wednesday’s practice, was limited Thursday and had a full practice Friday before playing 51 of 52 snaps in the loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday.

The Chargers list tight end Will Dissly (shoulder), cornerback Cam Hart (concussion), wide receiver Quentin Johnston (ankle), defensive back Elijah Molden (knee) and defensive lineman Otito Ogbonnia (pelvis) as non-participants.

Cornerback Kristian Fulton (knee) and linebacker Denzel Perryman (groin) were estimated as limited.
