TEMPE, Ariz. — An Arizona State hockey player and St. Louis Blues draft pick remained hospitalized Wednesday after collapsing during an offseason workout.
Defenseman Matthew Mayich collapsed during an outdoor workout last Thursday with what paramedics called a “heat-related illness.”
Arizona State is investigating the incident.
