Lamar Jackson extends Ravens lead to 24-2 after C.J. Stroud interception

At least the Houston crowd got to enjoy a stellar Beyonce concert during halftime of Wednesday’s game.

A dismal Christmas for the Texans and their fans got even worse after the second half got underway. C.J. Stroud was picked off by Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton to end the first Houston possession of the third quarter and their deficit got even bigger a couple of plays later.

Lamar Jackson kept the ball and ran around the right side of the Ravens line for an untouched 48-yard touchdown that stretched Baltimore’s lead to 24-2 with just under two minutes off the clock in the second half.

Jackson has now run for 73 yards and one score while throwing for 147 yards and another touchdown. Derrick Henry crossed the 100-yard mark one play before Jackson’s touchdown and one has to wonder how much longer both players will be on the field in what’s becoming a humiliating defeat for the Texans.
