Si Woo Kim imitates Steph Curry’s ‘Night Night’ celebration after making improbable chip at Presidents Cup

After making a high difficulty chip shot to hole in a birdie on the 16th hole of the Presidents Cup, Si Woo Kim celebrated his spectacular shot by hitting one of the signature celebrations of NBA star Steph Curry. From the thick rough next to the green and just outside of the bunker, Kim put the perfect touch on his shot that it flopped down and rolled right into the hole like a putt for a birdie. The shot earned a tie on the hole in the foursomes format for he and partner Tom Kim against Patrick Cantlay and Xander Schauffele at Day 3 of the Presidents Cup.

Afterwards, Kim ran onto the green with his head tilted into his hands, imitating the “Night Night” celebration that Curry has made famous on the Golden State Warriors.

The Kim pair had high energy throughout the day at the Presidents Cup, as both had put their emotions on full display in four ball as they earned a 4 and 3 win over American pair Keegan Bradley and Wyndham Clark. Si Woo had walked it in after birdies on both the first and 15th holes, the latter in which he doffed his cap before the ball was dropped.

Si Woo Kim is making his third appearance in the Presidents Cup representing the International Team, having previously done so in 2017 and 2022.
