Browns sign TE Jermaine Terry, waive TE Brenden Bates

The Browns have made a pair of moves at tight end.

Cleveland announced on Monday that the club has signed Jermaine Terry.

Terry, 23, entered the league last year as an undrafted free agent out of Oregon State, signing with the Giants. He did not make New York’s 53-man roster.

As a corresponding move, the Browns have waived Brenden Bates with an injury designation.
