Roger Goodell confirms league reviewing Jed York’s plea deal for possible punishment

Jed York did not attend the NFL owners’ meeting in Atlanta on Wednesday. That did not mean he was out of sight, out of mind.

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell was asked about possible punishment for the 49ers owner after York’s no-contest plea
on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of criminal tools.

“Yes, it’s being reviewed under the personal conduct policy,” Goodell said, via Josh Dubow of the Associated Press. “We’ll do that and when there’s something to be reported, we’ll talk.”

Body cam footage was released by the East Palestine, Ohio, police department on Wednesday of York being arrested in a prostitution sting at a trailer park.
